03 Account Verification (KYC)
Lm324 complies with international anti-money laundering laws. As such, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to withdraw above certain amounts or to claim bonuses.
Required documents:
- Government-issued ID (National ID card, Passport, or Driving License)
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)
- Proof of payment method ownership
The verification process is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Your withdrawal request may be temporarily placed on hold during this time. This is not a penalty — it is done solely to protect the security of your account.
04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on lm324:

- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
Withdrawal:

- Withdrawals of large amounts may be held pending KYC verification
- Lm324 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious withdrawal request
Please Note
If you choose not to claim a bonus after making a deposit, you may withdraw at any time. However, once a bonus is accepted, neither the bonus funds nor the original deposit can be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
05 Betting Rules
The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on lm324:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live betting cashout feature).
- Lm324 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel odds in any betting market.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Any bet connected to match fixing or result manipulation will be voided and the associated account permanently closed.
- Lm324 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Maximum bet limits may vary by market and event.
06 Bonus & Promotion Terms
To enjoy lm324's bonus and promotional offers, the following conditions must be met:
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x), which is clearly stated in the offer details.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- Lm324 sets the minimum odds requirement for bets placed using bonus funds.
- Lm324 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Winnings from free bets may not be directly withdrawable — please refer to the offer's terms and conditions.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lm324 platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits (multi-accounting)
- Using betting software, bots, or automation tools
- Exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds for personal gain
- Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Placing bets using insider information or involvement in match fixing
- Selling or transferring an account to another person
- Fraudulent behavior toward other members
- Attempting to hack or breach lm324's systems
08 Account Closure & Suspension
Lm324 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions
- If there is reason to suspect the account was registered using false information
- If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account
- Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
- Due to a court order or legal obligation
You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed (provided no rules have been violated).
09 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

- Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways)
